Where we say Company, we mean thatkitsite.com.

The Customer is you, anyone making a purchase for yourself or on behalf of any other business.

General

No employee of the Company has the authority to change these statements and conditions in anyway unless notified in writing by a director.

Delivery

Times quoted for delivery are approximate. Whilst every effort will be made to deliver orders on the date requested this may neither be taken as implying any legal obligation to deliver on the due date nor any reason for with holding payment. The Company must be notified in writing of any shortages within 14 days of delivery.

Cost Variation

Prices may change due to exchange rate issues effecting materials. We'll always let you know as soon as we know.

Materials

We try our best to supply products in accordance with the quality expected following any contract between the Company and the Customer. It is the Customers responsibility to check the dimensions, spelling and colour matching of the transfers prior to using them. Any transfers that we have printed incorrectly will be replaced free of charge if notified in writing within 14 working days of delivery. We will not be held responsible for either replacement of the Customers' garments or any consequential losses.

Colours

Although we make every attempt to replicate colours supplied there may be times when these may hae slight differences, we are unable to take liability for this.

We reserve the right to alter specifications (design, colours, fabrics) which will help to improve our products. Unfortunately we can't accept any liability for any misprints.

Force Majeure etc

Contracts may be subject to variation and cancellation due to any war, strike, fire, flood, drought etc, or any cause beyond our control owing to the inability to procure materials to effect the contract or delivery to the Customers' premises.

Ownership

Goods will remain the property of the Company until the Customer has paid all that is owing to the Company, no matter on what grounds. Until the date of payment the Customer will not receive the goods.

Promotion & Advertising

The Company reserves the right to use any artwork produced in house for promotional purposes, unless notified by the Customer in writing when the order is placed.

Ordering

Urgent orders can be considered however written confirmation by both the Customer and the Company will be required prior to any work being carried out. Telephone conversations alone are not satisfactory. The ability to complete urgent orders is dependent on the agreement of a director.

Prices

The Company reserves the right to alter prices. Goods will be invoiced at the prices ruling on the day of dispatch unless agreed in writing by the Customer and the Company. VAT is charged at the rate ruling the date of dispatch. Carriage will be charged on all orders unless collected or part of any offer created by the Company.

Loss or Damage in Transit

Any issues relating to the loss or damage of an order in transit must be relayed by the company within 14 days of the date that the goods were ordered. This must be done in writing using the email address supplied. The Company will replace all transfers lost or damaged by its carriers within a reasonable time period assuming acceptance of mistake is taken by the carrier.

Payment

All orders are strictly paid at the point of placing an order unless an account has been agreed with a Company director.

Refunds and Claims

Full refunds may only be given at the discretion of the management. Any claims in respect of faulty goods on delivery must be made within 7 working days of receipt of product.

Law

All agreement between the Company and it's Customer shall be governed by English Law and be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. The use of the Customers own form is no derogation of the conditions.

Availability

Fulfilment of all orders is subject to availability. We try to ensure that all items offered for sale are in stock. However we reserve the right not to accept any orders or to cancel confirmed orders for products that are out of stock. In such event we will inform you by e-mail and any payments will be refunded in full.

Cancellation of Orders

Cancellation of any job in progress must be confirmed in writing as soon as is practicably possible. All costs incurred in the setting-up, proofing and preparation of any job that is cancelled without due notice will be charged to the customer. The charge will be in relation to the point at which the job is cancelled and will cover all work produced in-house and subcontracted out
